Hastane içinde kaos vardır. Çünkü Vahap ısrarla üç asistandan birinin gitmesi gerektiğini söyler. En sonunda çileden çıkan İpek, Vahap'a oldukça iddialı bir konuşma yapar.

There is chaos in the hospital because Vahap insists that one of the three assistants must be fired. Ipek is outraged and lashes out at Vahap.
