Hekimoğlu polikliniğe gelen hastaların saçma sebeplerinden bıkmıştır. Bu yüzden hastalara ters davranır. Dr. İpek ise Hekimoğlu'nu çalıştırmanın yollarını ararken aklına bir fikir gelir. Hastaya dokunmadan koyacağı her teşhis için Hekimoğlu'na 50 lira vermeyi teklif eder. Böylece ikili arasında bir iddia başlamış olur. Bu iddianın sonucunda hastalarıyla Hekimoğlu arasında komik diyaloglar yaşanır.
Diğer taraftan bir müzisyen rahatsızlanır. Bu vakayı almak isteyen Hekimoğlu hiç beklemediği bir yanıt ile karşılaşır. Zira hasta kendisiyle Dr. Mehmet Ali'nin ilgilenmesini istemektedir. Duyduğu cevapla şoke olan Hekimoğlu ile Mehmet Ali arasında bir soğuk savaş başlar.
