Hekimoğlu 5. Bölüm Fragmanında hastanede işler karışıyor. Hekimoğlu ve Memoli karşı karşıya geliyor. Tedavi olmamak için direnen hasta, Hekimoğlu'na zorluk çıkarır. Onun göz göre göre ölmesine izin veremeyen Ateş, yine olayı kendi yöntemleriyle çözmeye soyunur. Bu defa duruma Memoli müdahil olur ve yapılacak olan işlemi onaylamaz. Öte yandan Memoli'ye Amerika'da çalışma imkanı doğruyor. Bu teklife sıcak bakan Memoli nasıl bir tercih yapacak? In Hekimoglu’s fifth episode trailer, things get complicated in the hospital. Hekimoglu and Mehmet Ali go against each other. The patient who resists being resuscitated gives Hekimoglu a hard time. He cannot simply let him die, so he attempts to settle it on his own. Mehmet Ali stands up to Ates.
On the other hand, Mehmet Ali gets an opportunity to work in the USA. What will be his decision? Will he stay in the hospital and keep dealing with Hekimoglu or will he follow a new path?
