Hekimoğlu ve Dr. İpek arasındaki tatlı sert atışma hız kesmeden devam eder. Bu durum Orhan'ı oldukça neşelendirir zira Ateş ile eğlenebileceği bir konu vardır.
Hastaneye evsiz bir kadın hasta getirilir. Hasta ağır ataklar geçirmektedir. Hatta bu ataklar sırasında Memoli'nin de elini ısırır. Hekimoğlu ise durumdan işkillenmektedir. Mehmet Ali bu vakaya bakmak istememektedir. Hekimoğlu durumu sorgular. Hastanede bunlar yaşanırken hasta kayıplara karışır. Ancak herkes endişeye kapılır. Kadında bulunan bakteriyel menenjit bulaşıcı bir hastalık olduğu için kimseye bulaştırmadan kadını yakalamaları gerekmektedir. Mehmet Ali ve Orhan aramaya çıkar. Bu sırada Hekimoğlu vakayı çözmeye çalışır...

Bitter-sweet arguments between Hekimoglu and Dr. Ipek go on nonstop. This gives joy to Orhan because he has got something to tease Ates about.
A homeless woman is taken to the hospital. The patient has seizures and during one of them, she bites Mehmet Ali’s wrist. Hekimoglu feels like there is something fishy going on because Mehmet Ali doesn’t want to take this case. Meanwhile, the patient vanishes into thin air. It worries everyone in the hospital. Since the woman has bacterial meningitis, they have to find her before she passes this on somebody else. Mehmet Ali and Orhan go out and look for her. In the meantime, Hekimoglu tries to find out the best treatment.
